In the Crimea, the entrepreneur will be punished for unsanitary conditions at the slaughterhouse

An unscheduled inspection of the slaughterhouse in the village of Honourable Krasnoperekop district revealed the lack of production control, corrosion on the equipment and violations in the management of biological waste. This was reported in the press service of the Azov-Black Sea interregional management of the Rosselkhoznadzor.
The inspection was conducted by specialists of the Azov-Black Sea interregional management of the Rosselkhoznadzor. At the facility of the individual entrepreneur there was no production control program: the stages of product inspection, control methods and a list of dangerous factors that can lead to the release of unsafe products are not defined.
Facilities and equipment also do not meet the standards. The walls are made of materials that do not allow high-quality disinfection. The line for hanging carcasses is covered with corrosion - this creates a risk of contamination of meat. There are no temperature recording systems in refrigeration rooms, and the slaughter line cannot be urgently stopped from the workplaces of veterinary specialists.
Separately, inspectors recorded violations in the management of biological waste: labeled containers with the inscription “moderately dangerous biological waste” are not used, the rules for storing hazardous materials are violated.
Regarding the entrepreneur, protocols were drawn up under part 3 of Article 10.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation - violations in the management of biological waste and part 1 of Article 14.43 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation - non-compliance with the requirements of technical regulations for food safety. Such violations pose a threat to product safety and can contribute to the spread of dangerous diseases.
