23% of companies in Arkhangelsk use neural networks for recruitment

23% of companies in Arkhangelsk use neural networks in recruitment. This is reported by the service for job search and recruitment SuperJob following a survey of representatives of enterprises and organizations of the city.

Judging by the comments, recruiters most often instruct AI to write vacancy texts and materials for career sections on company websites, collect data and analyze salaries, prepare interview scripts and create reports.

At the same time, trust in AI as an independent selection tool is declining. Completely transfer recruitment AI is not ready even 1% of the surveyed HR. 26% of respondents would partially trust the selection of neural networks. The most realistic today seems to shift to neural networks primary selection of candidates and analytical reporting.

67% are not ready to trust AI selection. “AI qualitatively evaluate the resume is not yet in a position,” the Eichars note.

24% of recruiters use chatbots.
