The ingredients
Eggs, 3 pcs.
Sour cream of 15% fat content (can be replaced with soft cottage cheese or Greek yogurt) - 150 g
Mustard - 1 tsp or to taste
Salt is to taste
Garlic, fresh greens or favorite spices - to taste
Preparation
1. Boil the eggs hard, cool and clean the shell.
2. Shift the eggs into a bowl of blender and grind to the most uniform consistency.
3. Add sour cream and stir the mass with a wreath or punch the blender again.
4. Bring in the mustard. Additional acid is not required: mustard already has vinegar or citric acid.
5. Add salt, crushed garlic, greens or spices. Stir the sauce until uniform.
6. Try and adjust the taste and consistency if necessary: add some sour cream for a more liquid sauce or another egg for thickness.
7. If desired, sprinkle a little turmeric: it will give a beautiful golden hue and a light spicy note.
