Up to 25% over salary: how to change the salary of Tula teachers

The administration of the city of Tula made an important decision to amend the system of remuneration for employees of municipal educational organizations. The corresponding resolution was signed on October 12, 2026.

The new allowances will apply to different categories of employees of the institutions. The largest payments are provided for managers and employees of organizations working with children with special educational needs. The allowance will be 15% of the salary.

Special conditions are provided for: organizations with inclusive education; institutions implementing adapted educational programs; schools with classes of compensatory education, organizations working with orphans.

Additional payments of 10% will be received by teachers of schools with in-depth study of subjects, as well as teachers working in classes with a capacity of 23 people or more.

Separate support is provided for rural school workers – women whose working day is divided into parts with a break of more than two hours will receive a 25% allowance.

The changes will come into force on October 12 and will apply to all legal relations from September 1, 2026. All payments will be paid for the actual time worked.
