The Governor of the Kostroma region demanded to eliminate failures in electronic diaries

The Governor of the Kostroma region Sergey Sitnikov took under personal control the work of the platform “State Services”. My school. With the transition to the federal platform from September 1, parents, schoolchildren and teachers had difficulties with access to electronic diaries. Users reported a lack of grades, incorrect information about academic performance and unavailability of homework.

From October 12 to 18, specialists received about 200 calls and messages through the MAX messenger. Each application was checked, and the detected errors were transferred to the developer. Residents were also helped to set up an application and check the data in their personal account on the State Services portal. According to regional authorities, the number of complaints has already decreased threefold.
