Kazan citizens will be able to complain about couriers through a chatbot in MAKS

Kazan launches a new digital service to address citizens on the work of courier services. The chatbot will operate in the MAKS messenger, and its creation is carried out by the City Transport Committee, leading delivery services and the Association of Transport, Logistics and Postal Courier Companies of Russia. The capital of Tatarstan will be the second city of the country where such a mechanism will work. The Association, together with the administration of St. Petersburg, has already opened a similar chatbot in the northern capital.

To declare a violation, it is enough to state the essence of the problem, and then indicate the location: you can simply choose Kazan from the list or send a geoposition. You can attach a photo or video to the appeal - they will become a clear confirmation of the situation. When the user fills out all the fields, the system itself will issue an application and send it to the necessary employees of the delivery service.
