According to the Department of Health of the Kostroma region, since the launch of the service, 12540 residents of Kostroma have used this service.

With the help of a chatbot, Kostromiki can also view active records, including online consultations, change the date and time, cancel the recording. The service will send a notification of an upcoming visit to the doctor or an online consultation.

When appointing a second examination through MAX, the doctor himself contacts the patient via video. After the examination and in case of recovery, the sick leave is closed remotely. Since the start of the chatbot in Kostroma, 7,532 telemedicine consultations have been held, 5,151 disability sheets have been closed.

The development of digital services is one of the important components of increasing the availability of medical care. The task of actively implementing them and familiarizing residents with them was set by the Governor of the Kostroma region Sergey Sitnikov.
