Residents of the Lipetsk region told how to cope with seasonal meddling without drugs. The recommendations of psychologist Linara Zamanova were shared by the TASS news agency.

If apathy, constant drowsiness and cravings for sweets last longer than two weeks, it is not the usual fatigue, but the lack of light. Because of the short day, the body reduces the production of serotonin and dopamine, which leads to a decline in strength, poor mood and difficulty concentrating.

To return tone, the specialist advises to walk during the day for at least 20-30 minutes, adjust sleep and move - for example, regularly walk quickly. It is also worth including bananas, cottage cheese, chicken, nuts and porridge in the menu, and with prolonged depression, be sure to consult doctors.
