Young specialists from four cities met at the PhosAgro-START festival
In Volkhov, the XIII festival of the PhosAgro-START corporate program, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the company, ended. It was attended by 44 young specialists from Cherepovets, Kirovsk, Volkhov and Balakov. The program of the festival was aimed at sharing experience and strengthening ties between colleagues from different cities.
Participants took part in business games, worked in creative laboratories and took part in strategic sessions. They presented team business cards, videos and creative performances, got acquainted with the work of the Volkhov branch of Apatit JSC, visited the Staroladoga fortress and visited excursions around St. Petersburg. The key event of the business program was a meeting with Oleg Kivokurtsev, a Russian entrepreneur and co-founder of Promobot.
Ksenia Chernyshova, a specialist of the Internal Control and Risk Department of the Volkhov Branch of Apatit JSC, participates in the PhosAgro-START program for the second year. According to her, the festival helped to see the Volkhov and Staraya Ladoga in a new way, and a trip to St. Petersburg left vivid impressions. She called the support of mentors and the opportunity to undergo training especially important. This helps young professionals who are just starting to work in the industry, more confidently master the profession.
The festival also helps participants to build horizontal connections – to meet colleagues from other cities and establish interaction. In the future, this can facilitate joint work, including when solving common tasks by phone or video conferencing.
In the future, when solving a common work problem over the phone or in a video conference, they will remember that at the end there is not just a voice, but a colleague with whom they went on a quest in the fortress or prepared a creative number. This is the foundation for effective joint work, said Daria Durnova, head of the group for the development of corporate programs of the staff attraction center of Apatit JSC.
PhosAgro-START program is designed for two years and helps graduates of technical universities to adapt to work and develop professional competencies. In the first year, participants get acquainted with production and master the profession, and in the second year they choose a further direction of development - expert or leadership.
Every year 60-70 young professionals join the program. In total, more than 750 people graduated from PhosAgro corporate programs.
