The ingredients
Large shrimp - 120g
Grapefruit - 1⁄4
The average avocado is 1 pc.
Quail eggs - 7 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes, 4.
Olive oil - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Apple cider vinegar is 1 tbsp.
A pinch of sugar
Salt is to taste
Black ground pepper - to taste
Salad leaves - for serving
Preparation
1. If raw shrimp are used, boil them in salted water, then peel them. Roast the shrimp on 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil until a light golden crust.
2. Peel the avocado and cut the cubes. Divide cherry tomatoes into four parts.
3 Quail eggs boil for four minutes, cool, peel and cut in half.
4 Squeeze the grapefruit juice to refuel. Add apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons of olive oil, sugar, salt and black pepper. Stir until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
5 Combine shrimp, avocado, tomatoes and quail eggs. Pour the salad with a cooked dressing and mix gently.
6 Lay the salad on a dish covered with lettuce leaves and serve immediately after cooking.
