As the survey showed, 44% of respondents negatively perceive certain wording in job ads, another 10% are annoyed by the content of vacancies. At the same time, 36% of respondents do not find anything unpleasant in the offers of employers.

In the ranking of the most annoying phrases, the first place was taken by “friendly team” and “family”. These options were chosen by 19% of respondents. In second place was “stress resistance” with 16% of the vote.

Another 11% of Tula are annoyed by mentions of irregular working hours, overwork and the need to be in touch around the clock. The phrase “multi-tasking” was noted by 9% of respondents.

The list also included GPC design, which irritates 7% of respondents, and informal designation of additional benefits like “bubbles” – 4%. Another 3% are negative about the mention of testing.

2% of respondents are annoyed by the indication of probation, the use of Anglicisms, promises of career growth, the requirement to work only in the office, the availability of skills to work with AI and the phrase “cold calls”.

Another 22% of respondents chose other options. Among them were rare abbreviations, requirements for a stable Internet and presentable appearance. Also among the annoying formulations were called “energy”, “expert level”, “engagement”, “initiative”, “client-oriented”, “communicative”, “creativity”, “responsibility”, “bring a friend”, “download the application”, “wow effect”, “funnel”, “dynamically developing company” and “functional”.

Separately, the study participants assessed the content of vacancies. The main complaint was the lack of specific information about the salary. The wording “by agreement” was called annoying by 36% of respondents.

Another 26% are dissatisfied with the excessive requirements for work experience, and 22% pay attention to the discrepancy between the proposed payment and the scope of duties. Salaries with gross amounts, i.e. before taxes, annoy 10% of respondents.

Overly brief description of the position or company or the complete absence of such information was noted by 8% of participants. Another 5% have a negative attitude to the requirement of higher education in cases where secondary professional education is sufficient for work. A wide salary range, for example from 100 thousand to 500 thousand rubles, annoys 4% of respondents.
