According to the results of the epidemiological investigation, five cases of norovirus infection and three cases of enterocolitis of unknown etiology were registered in group No. 7. In addition, laboratory studies revealed bacteria of the E. coli group in flushes from environmental objects.
As follows from the materials of the Ministry, bacteria were found in four of the 30 studied flushes. The inspection also showed that the sample of the disinfectant solution did not meet the established requirements.
On the food block, raw vegetables were washed in a bath for kitchen dishes, and in the area of their primary processing there was no separate sink for hand washing and washing for vegetables. At the end of the working day, kitchen dishes were not disinfected. In addition, in the freezer was mackerel without a label, and in the warehouse of bulk products - bags of cereal without marking.
