When disembarking from the plane and landing on the aircraft, airport staff ask not to depart from the ladder and apron bus. The press service of the National Airport of Minsk explained the reasons for such requirements, writes sb.by.

The press service recalled:
Perron is a zone of increased danger due to the constant movement of special equipment and the operation of various aviation systems. The area under the wing and fuselage of the aircraft poses hidden threats, even if the aircraft is stationary.
First, the danger comes from the engines and the auxiliary power plant: even with the aircraft switched off, they maintain a high temperature. Hot elements of engines and auxiliary power plant can cause serious injuries and burns. Second, there are sensitive sensors and antennas under the wing and fuselage. An accidental hook with hand luggage or clothing can knock down equipment settings and lead to flight cancellation. Thirdly, around the aircraft constantly maneuvering equipment. The area under the wing is a blind area for drivers of oversized vehicles.
In addition, traces of anti-icing liquids or fuel and lubricants are possible under the fuselage, which creates a risk of falling.
- Therefore, when leaving the aircraft, you need to follow directly to the apron bus, and when boarding - immediately to the ladder. All movements must be strictly under the guidance of airport staff, the press service concluded. Foreigner presents fake passport at Minsk National Airport
