In Orel revealed non-compliant pork offal

Specialists of the laboratory of FGBI "ARRIAH" in Orel revealed an excess of KMAFANM in 24 samples of pork offal. This is reported in the press service of the institution.

In the period from 1 to 19 October 2026, specialists of the Department of Food Microbiology and Veterinary Sanitary Expertise of the Orel Testing Laboratory of the FGBI “ARRIAH” examined 656 samples of food products for compliance with microbiological safety indicators. We are talking about milk, meat, fish, dairy, meat and fish products, offal.

As a result, they found a discrepancy with the norm. According to the results of laboratory studies in 24 samples of pork offal, an excess of the permissible level of the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative-anaerobic microorganisms was found.
