Volgograd became the site of the federal project of the food industry

Volgograd region for the first time became the site of the annual visiting business project “G10”. FOOD-factories of Russia. Leadership experience”. These days, representatives of the food industry from 12 regions of Russia get acquainted with the development and features of Volgograd food enterprises.

According to the regional economic development, the program includes visits to three large Volgograd enterprises. Participants will see the production from the inside, meet with owners and management teams, analyze key business issues: economics, logistics, assortment, automation, personnel and scaling.

Thus, at one of the production complexes, which is a key supplier of food for regional social institutions, participants will be told about the use of lean technologies in the production of semi-finished products, baking and finished products. The company participates in the project “Labor productivity”. Thanks to this, it was possible to increase productivity by a third, optimize production processes and reduce transportation costs.

The business program also includes the educational part. Participants will get acquainted with the experience of Volgograd enterprises in managing efficiency and profitability, implementing an offset contract and building the company’s reputation.

Recall that in the Volgograd region since 2019, more than a hundred enterprises took part in the federal project “Labor productivity” of the national project “Effective and competitive economy”.
