Volgograd residents told about the daily norm of idleness
Psychotherapist Irina Krashkina, who works at the clinic of academician Roitberg, believes that there is no single standard for rest during the day.

In an interview with Lenta.ru, the specialist said that it is not necessary to turn idleness into a mandatory rule, for example, “be sure to rest exactly half an hour.” This will only add another responsibility. It is much wiser to listen to your feelings and plan small pauses in advance when there are no demands from you.
However, Krashkina emphasizes that such breaks do not need to be spent on social networks, since they, on the contrary, make the brain constantly work. Instead, the doctor advises you to go for a leisurely walk without a specific goal, drink coffee in a calm environment or just look out the window.
It’s important that rest really helps you recover, rather than becoming a way to constantly evade everyday tasks.
