According to Bild, the facility is managed by Austrian baker and businessman Martin Auer. Organic sourdough bread is the main product that the point specializes in. The entrepreneur opened the 43rd branch, which became the first outside Austria. They ask for a similar product at times less than in New York, up to 10 euros.
The cost of bread is explained by the complexity of the production of a quality product: the fermentation process alone takes about a day. The level of rent prices in the elite quarters of the American city, where the cost of living is one of the highest in the world, also affects.
