In Kursk presented the book “ABC of ancient Kursk dishes”

In Kursk presented the book "ABC of ancient Kursk dishes" - it was prepared in the framework of the project "Cookies of the World". The collection includes the best recipes collected by the project participants, so now everyone can get acquainted with the history of Kursk cuisine.

The project itself was held on the basis of the Regional Palace of Youth. Its task is to preserve the culinary traditions of the Kursk region and make sure that ancient recipes are not forgotten, but prepared in modern cuisines.

Participants learned where the ancient dishes came from and what secrets were passed on in families from generation to generation. At master classes, they prepared real Kursk dishes themselves and now they know how to get the very taste that our region is proud of.

The event was held within the framework of the All-Russian contest “Region for Young” and the national project “Youth and Children”.
