According to the expert, the pigment melanin is responsible for the skin color. In the sun, the skin produces more of it to protect itself from ultraviolet light, so there is a tan. But sometimes too much melanin forms in one place and a dark spot occurs. The beauty industry makes billions to remove these stains, but they often come back.

- The main provocateur is the sun, ultraviolet light triggers the production of melanin. But in 20 years you can burn to redness and not get spots, and after 40 just stick your nose out on a sunny day - and hello, new spots. Moreover, SPF does not always help, even if you apply it correctly, because the sun is not the only factor, said Irina Shimanskaya.

The second provocateur is the female sex hormones estrogen. This is especially evident in the example of melasma (chronic acquired skin pigmentation disorder), which can appear when hormonal levels change during pregnancy, when taking hormonal drugs and after 40 years during hormonal adjustment.

- Why do all women have hormones and not everyone has spots? Because it's not just how much hormone the body produces, it's also how it processes it. And here comes the third secret provocateur - the liver, gallbladder and intestines. After estrogens have done their job, they go to the liver, undergo a series of transformations and are excreted through the bile and intestines. That's normal. But if the liver works poorly, bile flow is impaired, the intestine is lazy, the metabolism of estrogen is disturbed. They become too many, the hormonal background changes, and the chances of nasty brown spots are greatly increasing, the nutritiologist explained.

Whatever serums and lasers are used, pigmentation will reappear because the problem comes from within. Moreover, excess estrogens can grow hormone-dependent diseases - endometriosis, uterine fibroids, polyps, breast and ovarian cysts, and in the worst case - cancer cells.

- Brown spots on the face are a sign that it is time to engage in health and support the hormonal background, liver, bile and intestines. If, in addition to spots, you are concerned about questions with the liver and choleretic, constipation, pain in the right side, bitterness in the mouth, heaviness after eating, I invite you to a free intensity. There I tell how to support these systems from the inside with the help of careful natural remedies, herbs, spices and properly selected products, said Irina Shimanskaya.

What to do to protect yourself from stains:

Protect your skin from the sun. SPF, hats and umbrellas remain the base in the summer, because working with hormones does not cancel the effect of ultraviolet light.

Support the liver, bile and intestines. Simple measures do not require a lot of money or over-effort, but they give noticeable results.

Drinking warm water. A glass in the morning and another 2-3 glasses during the day. The temperature is about 50-60 degrees, not boiling water. This water starts the work of the intestines and supports the outflow of bile.

Add the bitter products. Ruccola, radish, chicory, grapefruit, leafy salads and garden greens help digestion and bile flow, and fiber - regularity. You do not need to eat them with basins, it is enough to add to the main meals.

Don't be afraid of fat. The fashion for low-fat products decimated the state of the gallbladder: without fat, it can not work normally. In the diet should be olive oil, eggs, nuts, seeds, fish and avocados.

Use herbs and spices. Turmeric, coriander, cue, fennel and cardamom help digestion, reduce bloating and heaviness, gently support the liver, bile and intestines. They can be added to dishes and make fragrant drinks.
