The Prosecutor’s Office of Pervomaysky district of Tomsk region conducted an audit of the implementation of anti-corruption legislation. It turned out that in June 2026, a former employee of the district administration was hired by an autonomous non-profit organization. However, in violation of the law, information about the conclusion of an employment contract with him was not sent within the prescribed 10-day period for the previous place of employment.
The prosecutor's office opened a case of an administrative offence. According to the results of consideration of the employer fined 20 thousand rubles.
