17 projects in a year: as a member of ATOM Global AI EXPO came to the system business
At the ATOM Global AI EXPO forum, your project (a service of advertising on transport with tracking and ...).

At the ATOM GLOBAL AI EXPO forum, Stanislav Tarasyuk, an entrepreneur who tried 17 projects before finding his own business, presented his project (transport advertising service with tracking and analytics). About how the search led him to the system business, read the material of the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti”.
He began his journey by reselling goods, as he says half of those who come into business. In the 11th grade he entered the National Children's Technopark.
- My first project networking started there, and I met my first cofounder there. It was as naive and casual as possible, without "let's think, weigh the risks" - something like "yo, I want to start a programming school" - "yo, come on." And here we go: made the first site on the knee, collected a couple of sales funnels, hired several tutors. In parallel, they entered universities, but they did not quit working - they continued to drag the project further, Tarasyuk said.
He went on a demo day in Beijing, assembled a team, talked to participants and speakers, and there he held his first offline sale.
- I got an entrepreneur interested in saying, “Hi, I’m like you, only better,” and it seemed to work because we set up a meeting. At that meeting, he told me something I hadn't even heard of: what is LTV, what is CJM. At that moment I felt like a first-grader on the defense of the diploma, Tarasyuk recalled.
Stanislav gradually immersed himself in product management. He went for acceleration, where he was literally intercepted into a project on vertical farms with automatic irrigation. With him, he completed the acceleration and collected many awards.
After that, a very tight, sometimes tense period of work began: during the year the interlocutor managed to participate in 17 projects, analyzed markets for different spheres, worked as a recruiter, sales manager, marketer - tried a lot in business.
- One of the projects was a marketplace showcase, where we attracted warm targeted traffic — 100,000 users per month, and it was massive. Plus participated in hackathons with large companies - it's also a good school, he said.
Later, Tarasyuk withdrew from all projects to restart. New acquaintances, new prospects – and at some point all this turned into a decision to open a taxi advertising service with full tracking and analytics.
- Frankly, we have been looking at the idea in related markets – India and Russia – and we are not ashamed to admit it. And it was here that I formed a truly full-fledged decision not to engage in startups, but in business – not a project on hype, but a system. Now we have assembled the final product with sales, developed the concept of scaling, he explained.

According to S. Tarasyuk, now the project cooperates with a large IT company as a commercial partner, the main partner is an advertising agency, as well as a wide network of stickers in large cities of the country.
- In the main product there is a byproduct – a panel for advertising analytics, containing a large number of microservices that hold it all. At this stage, the team has 19 people, Stanislav said.
The essence of the project is advertising on taxi cars that move around the city every day. The main feature is transparency for the customer: the advertiser receives not just a sticker, but regular reports with actual data.
- Oakleika comes from four sides, the monthly mileage of one car is from 4 to 10 thousand km, the audience coverage is up to 670 thousand contacts per month, and the cost of one contact is below 10 kopecks. Every month, the mileage and state of advertising are recorded, the data are provided to the customer, he said.
The platform provides a full cycle of analytics: GPS-tracking of routes, geo-analytics, auditing analytics over exposure time, monitoring the state of advertising through photo fixation, monitoring of transport activity and route compliance, as well as automatic calculation of CPM and ROI.
- Based on all the data, the system automatically calculates the cost of thousands of contacts and the payback of the advertising campaign. All indicators are collected in single reports in the personal account of the advertiser, the guy explained.
Now, according to the interlocutor, with advertising drive 129 cars. Cars are taken from taxis and private drivers and pay them for a place on the body.
- The advertiser is left to give the task and layout: we select cars, glue the film and coordinate the advertising. Every night in his office he sees where his cars went and how many people noticed them. Taxi routes we get from a partner, the density of people in the districts – from the operator, and according to these data we consider coverage, said Tarasyuk.
The plans, he said, are ambitious: to expand in two directions.
- First, more media for one advertiser. To taxis, trucks, buses and minibuses, we want to add billboards and digital advertising so that the customer buys all formats in one place and receives one general report. Second, more services for those who have a car.
The services already work car service for individuals: subscription, detailing with the departure of the master, selection of spare parts and personal manager. Next, we are preparing on-site maintenance of special equipment throughout Belarus, Tarasyuk summed up.
