Unsanitary and delay: what Rospotrebnadzor found in Tula cafes and canteens

In the third quarter of this year, the management of Rospotrebnadzor in the Tula region conducted 47 preventive visits to catering establishments. This was reported to the department.

As a result of the inspections, experts issued 15 orders to eliminate violations and 21 warnings about the inadmissibility of derogations from mandatory requirements.

Most often, the problems concerned the flow of technological processes, the sanitary state of the premises, the conditions of storage and labeling of products, as well as the maintenance of technological documentation.

Separately checked establishments that work less than six months from the date of notification. Employees and managers discussed influenza vaccination, compliance with sanitary rules, requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union and medical examinations. Work in this direction continues.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that in the regional center for 60 days suspended the work of the cafe “Tandyrnaya tortilla” on Kaul Street, 20. The reason was violations of sanitary requirements identified by Rospotrebnadzor in coordination with the prosecutor's office.
