Young people in Kaliningrad are forcing businesses to adapt to new habits

Zumers try to automate routine tasks using neural networks and do not respond to work messages late at night. These habits are changing the approach of companies to the organization of labor, business consultant Emil Khalimov told NEWS.ru.

According to the expert, young employees make employers better plan tasks and working hours. At the same time, it is important for companies to explain working conditions in advance, determine criteria for salary increases and check the results of beginners every two weeks.

Khalimov noted that the departure of a new employee is expensive for business: you have to re-search a person and spend time on his training. The expert believes that instead of complaining about young people, companies should learn to build equal relations with them.
