Gentle, creamy and refreshing avocado ice cream is easy to prepare at home without ice cream. Lime, cream and fragrant syrup give the dessert a rich tropical taste, and the texture is soft and silky. The recipe shared culinary blogger, writes sb.by.

The ingredients
Avocado - 2 pcs. (about 160-200 g of flesh)
Cream - 150 g (minimum 30% fat)
Syrup - any to taste or favorite sweetener
Citrus juice squeezed from lemon or lime - 30 g (about 2 tbsp)
Cedar with 1 lemon or 2 limes (to taste and desire, about 3 g)
Vanilla, mint or any other additives (to taste and desire)
Preparation
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the bones and gently peel off the skin.
2. Rub the zest from the lime, trying to use only the upper colored layer. The white part of the peel can give the dessert an unpleasant bitterness.
3. Then squeeze the juice. It will help preserve the beautiful color of the avocado and make the texture of the dessert more gentle and stable.
4. Put the avocado flesh in a blender bowl. Add the juice, peel, syrup and some vanilla as desired. Syrup can be replaced with another sweetener. For example, for a low-carbohydrate option, erythritol powder is suitable.
5. Beat the ingredients until you get a homogeneous silky mass.
6. Separately whip well-chilled cream.
7. Carefully combine the mass of avocado with whipped cream. Try and add a little more sweetener if necessary.
8. Decompose the finished mixture in one large or several small forms.
9. Remove the forms in the freezer for 5-8 hours. Before serving, let the ice cream stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
