Symposium of bakers, competition for the best cake, cuisine of different countries: what will surprise the exhibition PRODEXPO-2026 in Minsk

XXXII International specialized wholesale exhibition-fair PRODEXPO-2026 will be held from 17 to 20 November 2026 in the Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO. It will bring together food producers, buyers, representatives of trade and restaurant business. The exposition will acquaint visitors with the products and technologies of the food industry, and the business program will be devoted to industrial cooperation, product quality and the development of industry cooperation.

For manufacturers, the exhibition will become a platform for presenting the range and negotiations with potential buyers. Representatives of wholesale and retail trade will be able to get acquainted with the offers of suppliers and discuss the terms of cooperation. The exposition is also addressed to technologists, catering specialists and suppliers of production solutions.

- Subjects PRODEXPO covers meat, dairy, fish, bakery and confectionery products, groceries, drinks, frozen products and semi-finished products, food ingredients, children's and sports nutrition. The directions of equipment and technologies are provided. This year, the direction of packaging and packaging for food products will be more widely represented, said the official representative of BELEXPO Andrey Sadovsky.

The key event of the business program will be the forum “Cooperative interaction within the CIS”, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Commonwealth. Thematic sessions will be devoted to the mechanisms of industrial cooperation between the organizations of the CIS countries. The program will also include a halal session. The forum provides for the participation of diplomatic representatives and specialists of the food industry.

The restaurant business is dedicated to the CHEFS TALKS chefs’ dialogue “Top of culinary art”. Chefs, restaurateurs and representatives of industry associations will discuss professional issues and areas of development of the industry. The program will be complemented by the International Symposium of bakers dedicated to trends and prospects of bakery and confectionery production.

Professional competitions will be held as part of the International Culinary Cup. It provides for individual and team competitions of professionals and juniors, competitions "Chef of the Year" and "Chef of the Year", competition of chefs and sous-chefs of hotels of four and five stars category.

The International Confectionery Championship will bring together an art class for professionals and juniors and the Best Cake of the Home Country contest. These competitions will allow participants to present their work and demonstrate professional skills.

Discover the culinary traditions of different countries will be dedicated to the Days of national cuisine. The program includes speeches and master classes of representatives of Belarus, Russia, China and other countries with the participation of embassies, manufacturers of products and catering organizations.
