Specialists of the Tver laboratory found undeclared chicken meat in sausage

For testing in the Tver testing laboratory of FGBI "ARRIAH" at the request of the regional Rosselkhoznadzor were sent samples of smoked and boiled sausage.

Meat products were checked for the presence of residual amounts of drugs, food additives, raw materials, as well as for compliance with microbiological safety standards. Studies have revealed that the sausage has undeclared chicken DNA, which may indicate deliberate falsification of the composition or disruption of production processes.

Response measures will be taken following the tests.
