For students of the Krasnodar Cooperative Institute - a branch of the Russian University of Cooperation - held a master class on the preparation of national dishes. The process was led by chef Harutyun Airapetyan.
The master class was held within the framework of the project “EthnoKuban 2026”, which is held by the regotting department “Union of Armenians of Russia”. It is aimed at developing interethnic cooperation, preserving and protecting the identity, culture, languages and traditions of the peoples of Russia living in the Kuban.
Under the guidance of Harutyun Hayrapetyan, students prepared an Armenian dolma, a Georgian salad of crispy eggplant and a Serbian shop salad. And after the master class, everyone gathered at one table and tried what turned out.
Such projects are a great way to learn culture through taste: without lectures, but with full immersion.
