Tula companies took more than 1.6 million rubles of subsidies from the SFR since the beginning of 2026

In 2026, the Department of the Social Fund of Russia in the Tula region transferred to policyholders more than 1.6 million subsidies for the employment of workers who moved from other areas. Payments are made within the framework of the state program to support employers attracting personnel from other regions.

Subsidies are provided exclusively for hiring employees for professions in demand in the region. Lists of such specialties are formed by regional authorities

The amount of payment is 3 minimum wage, increased by the amount of insurance premiums and the district coefficient, per person employed. Funds are transferred in parts - after the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th months of work of the employee

To receive a subsidy, the employer is obliged to send an application to the employment service through the Work in Russia platform with a list of vacancies. You can apply to the SFR no earlier than 3 months after the employee’s employment, but no later than 4 months from the date of conclusion of the employment contract.

Key conditions of the program: the salary of an employee is not lower than the minimum wage, registration for a full time, the distance from the previous place of registration to the new place of work is at least 50 km. The work must not be of a traveling nature or be carried out in transit

The right to a subsidy are organizations of the military-industrial complex, enterprises of priority sectors of the economy, as well as legal entities registered in the territories of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions that do not have arrears to employees on wages

Social Fund conducts checks of the employer and identification of employed persons. The first payment is received within 10 working days after sending the application to the FIU with a positive decision. Subsequent tranches - the 2nd, 3rd and 4th - are provided after verification following the results of the 6th, 9th and 12th months of the employee's work
