In Dagestan for 60 days suspended the work of the cafe “Rodnik”

The court suspended the activities of the Rodnik cafe in the village of Hryug, Akhtyn district for 60 days after checking Rospotrebnadzor, the press service of the courts of Dagestan reported.

During the inspection, it turned out that the layout of the premises does not provide a sequence of technological processes - the flows of raw materials, semi-finished products, ready-made dishes and dishes intersect. There is not enough washing baths, there is no marking of production tables and cutting equipment.

In the cafe, products and raw materials were accepted without accompanying documents, daily inspections of employees were not carried out. There is no temperature control in refrigerators and warehouses, the premises are not equipped with separate supply and exhaust ventilation, disinfection, disinsection and deratization are not carried out.

Within 60 days, the owner of the institution is obliged to eliminate all violations.
