In schools and kindergartens of Kirov and the region found the wrong butter
The next stage of large-scale inspection of the quality and safety of animal products has been completed in the region

According to the regional veterinary department, from July to September, the veterinary specialists took samples of meat, milk and fish entering the food units of educational institutions.
In total, for the third quarter, experts selected 63 samples, including 27 meat, 29 dairy and 7 fish, performing a total of 1,326 special studies.
Verification activities covered both the regional center and districts. In Kirov, 10 meat, 13 dairy and 4 fish samples were taken.
In Kirovo-Chepetsk district, 6 meat, 5 milk and 2 fish samples were examined, in Uninsky - 4 samples of meat and milk, in Verkhoshizhemsky - 3 meat and dairy samples, and in Malmyzhsky district, experts checked 2 meat, 4 milk and one fish sample.
According to the results of laboratory tests, the vast majority of batches are recognized as fully compliant with current standards and quality standards.
Nevertheless, there were no violations: in two samples of butter, experts recorded a discrepancy in the triglyceride composition and the replacement of the milk fat phase with beef fat.
Such falsification is unacceptable in the children's diet, so materials on the facts of violations were promptly transferred to the territorial administrations of the Rosselkhoznadzor and Rospotrebnadzor for administrative measures against the manufacturer of low-quality products.
Control of food supplies to children's institutions in the region will continue in the fourth quarter of 2026.
