The apples are ready, the potatoes are in the process. V. Kukharev estimated the reserves of the stabilization fund of Minsk

Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Vladimir Kukharev visited the Partizanskoe UE on October 14 and got acquainted with the process of forming the stabilization fund of the capital for the off-season period, the Minsk-Novosti correspondent reports.

As the General Director of UE "Partizanskoe" Alexander Novikov told V. Kukharev, apples in the amount of 987 tons have already been fully harvested:

- We prefer the varieties "aidared" and "naidared" because they are very well stored until May. For the first implementation, we still have apples of the varieties “ligol”, “gala” and “red chief”. To date, 1,078 tons of potatoes (40 % of the planned volume) have been laid, which were supplied by JSC “Gastellovsky” and Minsk Vegetable Factory. Starting Thursday, we are starting to lay carrots (total will be 528 tons), cars were sent to farms. From the middle of next week, we plan to lay beets (420 tons) and onions (178 tons). At the end of October, as always, we will deposit cabbage (970 tons). By the way, the volume of procurement of all types of products increased slightly - by 10-15% compared to last year. We work with suppliers from all over the country. The stable fund will be formed until November 15, then we will ship vegetables and fruits to preschool institutions, schools and hospitals, Novikov said.

According to him, all the cameras (and there are 22 of them in the enterprise) were certified. For each type of product, the appropriate temperature and humidity regime is maintained in accordance with GOST.

- For example, onions are stored at 0 ° C and humidity of 74-78%, cabbage - at 0.1 ° C and humidity of 95%. Our products are stored in containers of 300-400 kg, the CEO said.

Also at UE "Partizanskoe" this year salted cabbage, cucumbers and a trial batch of red tomatoes. Another new product is wet antonovka, which will be sold in the shopping network of the capital. They also prepared cranberries for sale.

In addition, V. Kukharev visited the workshop, where cleaned vacuum vegetables are produced. They are also supplied to social facilities.

- To date, we provide five districts of the city with cleaned products. These are beets, carrots, onions and potatoes. I would like to emphasize that all Belarusian potatoes are of high quality. The only thing - for the needs of production we make selection. There, potatoes should be without eyes and a more round shape, Novikov explained. The company has two lines for cleaning products. The third one will soon arrive, which will increase the sales of refined vegetables throughout Minsk.
