What is more important for a Pskov applicant: a high salary or a boss who does not shout? SuperJob conducted a large-scale survey among residents of the region, and the answers were quite predictable, but with interesting nuances.
Salary became the undisputed leader of the rating: 58% of Pskov residents put the level of income first. But money is not everything. In second place was the “adequacy of the authorities” (38%), and the stability of the company (28%). Surprisingly, a comfortable psychological atmosphere and career growth scored the same number of votes – 24% each. But the image of the employer and the corporate culture were in deep outsiders: only 4% and 2%, respectively. Apparently, Pskovites prefer real bonuses to beautiful promises.
Men are more likely to pursue money, career and interesting tasks, while appreciating work-life balance.
Women rely on work near home, normal leadership and a healthy atmosphere in the team.
Young people under the age of 35 want to learn and grow, and the 45+ generation is looking for stability, a decent social package and an office closer to home.
Highly paid specialists (from 150 thousand rubles) are already fed up with money and require interesting tasks and transparent processes, while those who receive up to 100 thousand are ready to endure much for the sake of the location of the office and the opportunity to combine work with the family.
Interestingly, employers themselves see the situation differently: 81% of HR managers believe that candidates need only a salary, and the convenience of the location put in second place (51%).
