Walking and healthy sleep will help Lipchan easier to endure a short daylight

Residents of the Lipetsk region are recommended to walk more, maintain physical activity and observe a sleep regimen to more easily adapt to a short daylight. Such advice Rospotrebnadzor gave in a comment to RIA Novosti.

In autumn and winter, due to the reduction of daylight hours, mood, performance and general well-being can deteriorate. The department advises to monitor the lighting of the house: use lamps and in the daytime do not close the windows with curtains and blinds.

Even in the cloudy season, it is important to get out in the fresh air, especially on sunny days. According to the recommendations of experts, 20-30 minutes of walking will help to cheer up. To maintain an emotional state also contribute to regular physical activity - any convenient type of activity is suitable.

Another recommendation is to go to bed and get up at about the same time. The diet is advised to include foods rich in vitamins and minerals, including sources of vitamin D.
