At the request of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Smolensk region, the Rosselkhoznadzor Office for the Bryansk, Smolensk and Kaluga regions conducted an unscheduled inspection of the activities of an individual entrepreneur I.V. Ilyenkova in the village of Rusilovo of the Smolensk municipal district. During the visit to the enterprise, held on August 13, 2026, it was found that the entrepreneur does not provide adequate conditions for the production of meat products.
Specialists of the department revealed the lack of implemented procedures of the food safety management system according to the principles of HACCP, as well as the lack of traceability of raw materials and finished products at all stages of production. In addition, the company did not develop an approved production control program, there were no documents on checking raw materials and products for compliance with technical regulations, and there was no documentation on the implementation of safety measures in the production process.
Particular seriousness violations gave the results of laboratory tests conducted by the Bryansk branch of FGBI "ARRIAH". In a sample of dumplings made of pork and beef "Home" was found the content of ketoprofen - a veterinary drug, the presence of which in food is unacceptable. This fact confirmed the inconsistency of products with safety requirements.
In total, according to the results of control measures, three violations of veterinary legislation and technical regulations of the Customs Union were recorded, creating a threat to food safety. The materials of the inspection were sent to the prosecutor's office for further consideration and initiation of administrative proceedings under parts 1 and 2 of Article 14.43 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
In conclusion, the Ministry noted that it will continue systematic work to prevent violations in the food industry and reminded meat producers of the need to ensure full compliance with technical regulations at all stages - from incoming control of raw materials to the processing of veterinary accompanying documents.
